Shriya Saran (Tamil: ஷ்ரியா ஸரன்:,Telugu: శ్రియ సరం):(born on September 11, 1982) is an Indian film actress.

She began her career acting in Telugu language films in the Telugu cinema industry, while also attending an acting studio, to follow her dream to act.

After her debut in 2001 with Ishtam, Shriya Saran gained Indian cinema’s attention in 2002 by playing the role of Bhanu in Santhosham, her first major hit.

Shriya Saran reached superstardom by enacting the role of Anjali in the Telugu language film, Nuvve Nuvve, her first blockbuster, and since then she has acted in over twenty Indian films.

Airil Rizman Zahari will represent Malaysia for the first time as a professional golfer in the Fortis International Challenge, which begins today at the Kota Permai Golf and Country Club.

And he hopes to secure a first appearance in six years for Malaysia in the World Cup together with Iain Steel.

The last Malaysian qualifiers were Danny Chia and P. Gunasegaran in 2001.

Then, Airil was still an amateur and he was part of the Malaysian team who won the gold medal in the KL SEA Games.

Pakistan Open champion Airil forms a new combination with Iain and they are optimistic that they can secure one of the five spots from the Challenge to play in the World Cup in Shenzhen in November.

Actress Shilpa Shetty faced some unpleasant and embarrassing moments at the international airport here early Wednesday when an immigration official allegedly spoke rudely to her just before she was to leave for Germany for West End musical “Miss Bollywood”.

The immigration officials at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport were apparently not informed of the Supreme Court clearance given to the Bollywood actor to travel abroad.

Her spokesperson Dale Bhagwagar said: “The immigration authorities at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport just seemed to refuse to take note of this clearance of Shilpa’s name by the Supreme Court.”

Hong Kong actor-turned-director Stephen Chow’s latest fantasy film “CJ7″ finally set its screening date on January 31 of next year.

Film investor, the China Film Group Corporation, announced the decision, according to The Beijing News report.

Agent of the comedy star says that Stephen Chow is still busy editing the film, which he has been working on for about a year.

He explains that fantasy film is a new field for Chow and he has to put in a lot of time on the post-editing.
