KBS Global’s daily drama actor Kim Ji Suk is said to be fluent in English.

Kim Ji Suk plays the owner of Bonjour Food’s son in the drama.

Although he is the boss’ son, he had to work his way up.

In a recent episode of “Likable or Not” which aired on March 13 (in South Korea), Kim Ji Suk’s character was interviewed for a permanent job (or higher position) at his father’s company.

During the interview, he introduced himself in fluent English.

His fluency in the language has sparked interest in viewers.

Apparently, Hallyu actor Bae Yong Joon will not just settle for the strong ajumma fan base in Japan, and is taking his starpower to the Japanese kids as well.

Now watching Winter Sonata can be a family affair – it’s an activity Mom and kids (and maybe Dad?) will enjoy.

The 36-year-old star is set to lend his voice to the animated version of the popular drama series, which is being jointly produced by Bae Yong Joon’s Keyeast Inc. and Japan’s Total Promotion Company.

The animated Winter Sonata is being made for both the small and big screens! A preview of the series as well as a video message from Bae Yong Joon will be screened during a press conference in Tokyo on March 28.

Han Kyung, the sole Chinese member of Korean mega boyband Super Junior is set to proudly bear the Olympic torch, thanks to an online survey conducted by Coca-Cola China, one of the sponsors of the Beijing Olympics.

Fans voted the 24-year-old as the most wanted person to run with the flame and the Olympics organisational committee agreed.

“I’m extremely pleased and honoured to be a torch-bearer for the 2008 Beijing Olympics,” said Han Kyung.

Han Kyung was chosen as torch bearer because of his efforts in promoting “the cultural exchange of China” in Korea and the rest of Asia as part of 13-member group Super Junior (or SuJu for short).

Moon Geun Young will be working with the Linfield Korean School in Sydney for the project.

In a recent interview, the Bad Love hunk, Kwon Sang Woo was asked if he has a girlfriend at the moment.

He replied, “Well, I would say “No” whether I have one or not.”

Without hesitating, the eligible bachelor said “Yes” but quickly recovered the answer by saying, “There used to be someone I wanted to marry, I used to think ‘I wanna marry that kind of girl’.”
