Having just released his first album with EMI, “Wu Suo Bu Zai – Show Your Dance,” Show “ Xiao Zhu ” Luo’s schedule is packed and he’s everywhere!

Concerts, autograph sessions, filming new music videos etc., non-stop work.

The major work-a-holic Show Luo ( Luo Zhi Xiang ) put in tons of effort in earning applause for his new album.

With an omnipresent attitude! And omnipresent super popularity! Asia’s New Dance King Show Luo has worn out pairs of dance shoes, completed countless numbers of impossible tasks, and finally successfully stepped onto center stage as the “most outstanding one” in everyone’s eyes.

On December 19, Show Luo came to Shanghai to promote his new album. Because Christmas is just around the corner, his company especially invited the media and his fans to the venue, to celebrate an early Christmas with the no-time-to-relax-work-a-holic Show Luo! To make this Christmas party different from others, fun and exciting, the record company spent a large amount of money and reserved River Huang Pu’s largest, most luxurious cruise ship. A “Party on the Waters” decked out with a Christmassy atmosphere!

The event began with the light, chiming melody of “Jingle Bells,” and in the midst of the holiday air, the handsomely suited Show had his face lit up with joy and greeted the media and fans that were there. Show very happily expressed that his company very thoughtfully planned this “Party on the Waters” for him, for he had not celebrated the holidays for a while. And he’s also thankful for the fans and media that attended to celebrate the holidays with him! Speaking of presents for everyone, Show believed that there wasn’t anything that was going to be more meaningful than his own album, following this with his performance of his first single “Yi Zhi Du Xiu[Outstanding] – Show Time” and again proved that this present is really second to none! Show expressed that in order to perfect his song “Yi Zhi Du Xiu[Outstanding] – Show Time,” he had especially made a trip to New York for dance instructions. What he learned was a new heavy rhythmic beat dance, “Iron-blooded Stomping.” Even though his dance skills were superb already, to execute this new dance, he still had to face some complications, “while I was dancing this, I had to wear these 10 kg iron plated stomp shoes. I heard from a dance instructor that it would burn up to 250 calories. Because this music video took 24 hours to film, I probably did this dance about 50 times from beginning to end. After calculations, Oh my god! I burned about 10,000 calories!!” But the comedic Show also expressed that even though the process of filming that music video made his legs go numb, he had wanted to lose weight anyway, so it was a win-win situation!

The Christmas party on the waters also had a special lineup, besides the fact that the company had spent lots of money for the cruise ship, also on the River Huang Pu was another smaller cruise ship with a massive LED billboard, adding up to $1 Million for both! From 12/19 on for a month, that LED display will air his three hit singles’ music videos—“Yi Zhi Du Xiu[Outstanding] – Show Time,” “ Bai Gei Ni – Defeat In Love,” “Wo Bu Hui Chang Ge – A Song For You.” This allows the resounding omnipresence of Show’s new songs! Speaking of these music videos, Show said that he loves each music video differently, “These 3 music videos have their fortes; one with power and massive imposing force, another that’s light and sweet, and the other a tearjerker. Each one with their own uniqueness, everyone can see different “Show Luo ”s through these 3 music videos.” His collaborations with Elva Hsiao Ya Hsuan and Karena Lam Jia Xing were mentioned, and Show expressed that one is a fashioned dance queen, and the other is a great actress (actress queen), and that he was very happy that he was able to collaborate with these top-notch female entertainers. “With Elva, we had to sweetly execute a flirtatious banter, and with Karena, we had to do some crying and bitter loving across the seas. The two styles of these music videos are completely different, but they[the 2 girls] were both very earnest.” “Elva had to do the ‘10 finger interlocked dance’ with me, and had to constantly practice it. Also for this music video, she had specially contributed a bunch of her own big brand named collections which gave me lots of “face”!…. as for Karena, working with her was actually lots of pressure on my part. She’s a top-notch ‘actress queen!’ Also, this time it was filmed in Taipei and Paris, separately filmed. She also didn’t mind the time difference…while it was daytime in Taipei it was 4 a.m. in Paris, and she still called me to rehearse the lines, it was really touching!”

And because of these strong collaborations, lots of efforts were put into promoting“Bai Gei Ni – Defeat in Love” and “Wo Bu Hui Chang Ge – A Song For You” after the first hit single “Yi Zhi Du Xiu [Outstanding] – Show Time,” and they’ve also become his fan’s most favorite songs! At the event, the most supporting Radio 101 announced that Show’s new 3 songs had been entered in the “Radio 101’s Top Most Favorite Songs of the Year” polling. Radio 101 expressed that due to Show’s strong popularity, the station will soon initiate a special project centered around Show, making him the one and only most promoted artist, with full support until Show tops the Golden Melody charts! Music vice general manager Mr. Han also personally gave the award of “Dance/Song Artiste” to Show. And also, EMI’s Chinese Mandarin Music general manager Mr. Guo Ming Zhe also presented Show with boxing gloves to “fight” through a “dance gate/battle” to express encouragement, hoping Show’s popularity would skyrocket further, his dance would be even more exemplary, and become the most glamorous, shining Asia’s Dance King!

His company and the media gave him lots of support, multiplying Show’s confidence. He started to pull in votes for his new songs, and the fans that had attended showed a very strong affection towards their “Luo Army” commander. The fans’ representative went on stage to present Show a special Christmas present – a globe! This is to symbolize the omnipresence of the “Luo Army” all over the world, their support with Show is forever and ubiquitous!

Receiving so many great gifts at a time, made Show exceptionally happy, receiving gifts until his hand was numb. The support from his company, he media and his fans was also very heartwarming to Show, and he was thankful for everyone that supported and cared for Show, for spending the most meaningful Christmas with him! Lastly, a couple people dressed up in Santa costumes came out with a Christmas cake that HUPO.tv had especially ordered for Show! Encouraging him and wishing for Show’s work to ascend beyond. Show very happily sliced the cake himself, and shared this holiday sweetness with everyone there, which chimed this party’s highest note!

It’s been said that his trip to Shanghai is merely the beginning of Show’s promotion of “Wu Suo Bu Zai – Show Your Dance” in Mainland China. In mid-January, Show will again return to China, and hold a marathon of autograph sessions! Show expressed that He is anticipating these autograph sessions he’ll be holding in China, and hopes that this new album will be a new year’s wish to his fans, and the fans’ affectionate response and support will be his biggest strength and happiness. At the same time, Show expressed, that for January’s autograph sessions, he’ll be in many different provinces to share his album with his fans, giving his own fortune/happiness to more and more people, making happiness OMNIPRESENT!
