Former Miss Hong Kong, Mandy Cho Man Lei and former Mr. Hong Kong participant, Stephen Huynh Wong Cheung Hing’s dating relationship was recently exposed.

Earlier, the pair traveled to Hunan to train and compete in a television dance program. After the one month expedition in China, Stephen and Mandy fell in love and started dating.

Stephen’s ex-girlfriend, Leung Bo Yin, was angry and claimed that Mandy stole him from her. At a bridal promotional event, Leung Bo Yin cried out, “A woman who steals others’ boyfriends are hateful!”

At the same time, Stephen stepped forward to speak up for Mandy, “It is unfair to speak about Mandy in such a manner!”

Stephen dated Leung Bo Yin for 2 years and the pair broke up last month. Leung Bo Yin revealed that Stephen requested the break up due to a third party. Leung Bo Yin admitted that her relationship with Stephen was littered with arguments in the past. “Perhaps I was not gentle enough. I guess a woman who is gentler than me [stole Stephen’s heart]!”

Leung’s eyes filled with tears and she continued, “At one point, I was very angry that Stephen and Miss Cho are together. This woman already has her own boyfriend but had to steal another’s boyfriend! Afterwards, she broke up with her ex-boyfriend in order to be with her new love interest. This kind of woman is despicable!”

Reporters asked Leung whether she was referring to Mandy Cho? “I don’t want to point fingers. However, many people know that she was dating a boyfriend outside the entertainment industry before!”

Stephen felt helpless over the recent turn of events. “I am saddened to see that she is unhappy. But I can not stop her. This has been unfair to [Mandy Cho]. My personality is incompatible with Wong Bo Yin. Our break-up was preceded by a discussion and was not due to a third party involvement.”

Due to Leung Bo Yin’s uninhibited bashing of Mandy and Stephen’s new relationship, Mandy and Stephen’s images have been negatively impacted. However, Stephen’s work has not decreased. His endorsement contract was renewed at a six figure sum.

Allegedly, TVB has called both Stephen and Mandy to request them to underplay their romance. Stephen reportedly claimed that he will continue his relationship with Mandy as “friends” and asked TVB for their tolerance.

Mandy said she will focus on her career and will not think about dating.
