Lee Chong Wei Easy Path To Taiwan Open Finals
Lee Chong Wei is still fresh after winning the Japan Open, he has another chance to prove himself to win Taiwan Open starting from tomorrow.
After the latest vote, Lee Chong Wei’s road to the finals seems to be quite easy because he doesn’t have to meet with any Chinese player along the way.
He even far saparated from the Olimpic gold medalist from Indonesia, Taufik Hidayat. His earlier votes too have made him not to come face to face with Denmark’s champion, Peter Gade.
World’s no 3 player, Chen Hong is the only Chinese player that will be in the tournament and was put as the favorite to win the Taiwan Open.
As the second favorite, Lee Chong Wei biggest rival would be in the quarter finals where he must meet whether Boonsak Ponsana (Thai), Roslin Hashim (Malaysia) or Simon Santoso (Indonesia).
Lee Chong Wei’s highest hurdles might be World No 2, Sony Dwi Kuncoro (Indonesia) or single veteran Wong Choong Hann (Malaysia), Park Sung Hwan (Korea) and Ronald Susilo (Singapore).
