Dr Sheikh Muszaphar & Capt Dr Faiz Khaleed will be both recognized as cosmonaut by Russia in a ceremony that will be held in Moscow soon.

Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Datuk Seri Dr Jamaludin Jarjis told the press that the ceremony will be held after Dr Sheikh Muszaphar landed on earth tomorrow.

Since Russia is the one that will recognize both of them as cosmonaut, there should be no more gossip about their credibility as cosmonaut after that.

Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor’s ride, Soyuz will reach earth around 6:37pm Sunday (Malaysian Time +800 GMT) in Kazakhstan Space Drop Zone.
