Erra Fazira & Engku Emran Wedding
The akad nikah of Erra Fazira & Engku Emran ceremony was held at a restaurant in Damansara Thursday evening in front of relatives, friends, and others from the entertainment industry.
“I want a happy and normal family just like anyone else,” Erra said to a room packed with newsmen, adding that she would focus on her new family.
“I want to spend as much time with my husband and will eventually tone down on job activities,” she said.
The couple are already planning to have children.
“Erra and I are looking forward to building our own family soon, with God’s blessings,” Emran said.
The groom presented seven trays containing two copies of the Quran, prayer shawl and mat, dowry of RM80, a diamond ring, a jewellery set, handbag and perfume. The bride gave nine trays of gifts including chocolates, clothing, camera, watch, ring, sunglasses and shoes.
The bersanding ceremony will be held on Nov 3. The couple was engaged on Sept 7.
