Syariah High court yesterday allows Sosilawati Lawiya, 44, Nash’s (Jamaludin Elias, 48) wife to get a injunction ex-parte to stop Nash from doing any transaction or changing hands of the funds with RM880,000 in value.

The decision was done by Judge Syarie Shaarani Ismail after hearing a close affidavit interim application in his room yesterday.

Sosilawati Lawiya, who is the founder of beauty product, Nouvell Visage apply for the injunction when she claimed that their marriage is having a big syiqaq (crisis) that leads to divorce.

According to her application, Sosilawati accused Nash didn’T came home to their house in No. Lot 9933, Jalan Harmoni, Taman Harmoni, Gombak since last 13 August.

Nash even said several times about divorcing his wife after the Eid this year. With that, Sosilawati even filed a divorce application in Low Syariah Court in Gombak Timur last 18 September.

Sosilawati asked for injunction to stop Nash, his representatives or relatives from doing any transaction or change of hand of Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) certificate and Amanah Saham Wawasan (ASW) both value RM200,000 that was put on respondent (Nash)’s name.

She also ask Nash to pay all the money amounted up to RM480,000 that she lend to him to pay for a house in No. 28, Jalan Turmalin 4, 7/12D, Seksyen 7, Shah Alam which has been auctioned by the bank because of failure to pay the debts.
