Vel Hari Waits For Asin
Surya’s Vel is shaping up at a jet pace now, however, the going was not as easy as it seems. In a recent interview to a tabloid, director Hari confessed of waiting for Asin’s date and for her Hindi Gajini to be finished.
For Hari has sacrificed Asin’s dates considering Aamir Khan’s insistence that she be starred opposite in the remake as well.
“It is a honor for a South Indian actor” stated Hari for a poser “to be asked by a veteran actor like Aamir Khan to play a role opposite him.
In fact, we got to know that Aamir was firm in his decision that only Asin should be paired with him for the Hindi Gajini.”
For the same reason, while Asin was shooting busily for Gajini, Vel was waiting for her portions to be filmed.
“However, Asin kept her word and soon after she finished her shoots made herself available for Vel,” recounted Hari.
“Her commitment towards her profession amazes me and she has transformed herself as Swathi for Vel,” Hari stated as a matter of fact. That’s quite a testimonial for Asin, agree?
